• While we provide recruitment infrastructure free of charge to direct employers, all parties must provide accurate, legal corporate documentation required to process official work permits and residency filings.

 

2. Professional Disclaimer & Authority Approvals

• No Guarantee of Government Outcome: EU Visa Services provides expert consultancy, meticulous application preparation, and administrative delivery of official immigration documents. However, the final issuance of visas, work permits, and residency approvals rests solely with the respective European Union national authorities. We cannot be held liable for structural changes in EU immigration policies or government rejection of applications.

• Accuracy of Information: Partner agencies and employers are entirely responsible for ensuring that all candidate profiles, qualifications, financial disclosures, and supporting documentation submitted to us are genuine, accurate, and valid.

 

3. Workflow and 3-Step Engagement

Our service delivery follows a transparent process:

1. Free Consultation: Reviewing regional demands, establishing fit, and recommending target EU destinations.

2. Agreement Signing: Before any legal documentation is drafted or submitted, a comprehensive, binding legal contract will be signed by both parties outlining explicit service scopes, regional legal compliance, and payment schedules.

3. Documents & Delivery: Timely delivery of official employer and residency paperwork is contingent on partners submitting candidate details within agreed-upon project timelines.

 

4. Fees and Payments

• Specific service fees, structure costs, retainer terms, and payment schedules are governed directly by the individual B2B contract signed during Step 2 of our workflow.

• As noted across our recruitment platforms, matching European employers with skilled or general labor candidates from our database is handled completely free of charge for the hiring entity, provided the employer takes responsibility for the required legal permit paperwork.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on euvisaservices.io, including text, custom graphics, workflow diagrams, logos, and site architecture, is the exclusive property of EU Visa Services and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of this content for competitive commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
